Preparation Method :

  • Melt jaggery and strain to remove scum. Fry cashew nuts in ghee to golden colour. Wash beaten rice and keep aside.
  • Stir jaggery over fire and thicken it a little. Add beaten rice and stir.
  • When it becomes a little sticky, add cardamom powder, mix and remove from fire.
  • Add cashew nuts, ghee.


  • 300 grams of Beaten Rice 
  • 100 grams of Jaggery
  • 2 teaspoon Cardamom powder 
  • 2 tablespoon Cashew nuts 
  • 4 tablespoons Ghee
