Preparation Method :

  • Dry roast sesame seeds till they turn light golden and fragrant. Remove from heat and let it cool.
  • Grind the sesame seeds in a mixer.
  • Heat khoya for 3 minutes on low heat in a kadhai till soft. Remove from kadhai to a tray. Cool.
  • Mix the roasted sesame seeds and sugar with the cooled khoya.



  • 300 grams sesame seeds
  • 300 grams khoya- grated
  • 100 grams powdered sugar
