Preparation Method :

  • Preheat the oven to 175°C. Line a 13×9 inch tray with foil and grease with oil.
  • In a large bowl, mix white oats, Wheat flour, Brown sugar, Raisins, wheat germ, Chopped Walnut, Salt and Cinnamon.
  • In a small bowl mix Oil, honey, Corn syrup and Vanilla essence.
  • Mix both the dry and liquid ingredients and press the mixture evenly into the prepared tray.
  • Bake in a hot oven for 20-25 minutes until the edges turn golden brown.
  • Cool and transfer on a wire rack.
  • Cut into bars and wrap them individually.


  • 400 grams white oats
  • 200 grams wheat flour (sieved)
  • 150 grams powdered brown sugar
  • 150 grams seedless raisins
  • 100 grams wheatgerm and toasted and chopped walnuts
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 100 ml Cooking oil
  • 100 ml honey
  • 100 ml corn syrup
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla essence
