Preparation Method :

  • Melt jaggery of boiling water and strain to remove scum.
  • Stir jaggery with water over fire and thicken to a one-string consistency.
  • When it is done remove from fire immediately. Add ghee and the peanuts to it.
  • Mix well and while it is still hot make into balls.


  • 800 grams of Roasted peanuts 
  • 300 grams of Jaggery 
  • 4 tablespoons Ghee
