Preparation Method :

  • Powder cardamom.                            
  • Slice pistachios into thin fine pieces.                       
  • Chop cashew into small pieces.                   
  • Boil milk and thicken over fire. Thicken to three-fourths the quantity. Add sugar, let it dissolve before adding the cardamom powder, pistachio pieces and the cashew pieces.
  • Remove from fire and serve hot or cold as desired.


  • 6 liters of Milk 
  • 300 grams of Sugar 
  • 100 grams of Pistachios 
  • 4 tablespoons Cashew 
  • 2 teaspoon Cardamom
