Preparation Method :

  • Mix the jaggery with rice, atta, cardamom, coconut and salt to a soft pliable dough.
  • Shape it into small balls and deep fry in the hot oil. Set aside.


  • 150 grams Rice, washed, soaked, dried and ground
  • 100 grams Powdered Jaggery, boiled with little water and strained
  • ½ teaspoon Powdered Cardamom
  • 2 teaspoon Atta
  • A pinch salt
  • 50 grams finely chopped fresh coconut
  • Cooking oil to deep fry
