Preparation Method :

  • Mix gram flour and ghee in a pan over a low heat.
  • Keep constantly stirring till it releases an appetizing smell.
  • Remove from the heat and allow it to cool.
  • Add sugar and nuts to the gram flour and mix thoroughly.
  • Now shape the mixture into balls and serve.


  • 250 grams powdered sugar
  • 350 grams gram flour
  • 200 grams ghee
  • 25 grams almonds, crushed
  • 25 grams pistachios, crushed
  • 25 grams cashew nuts, crushed

    From the site you can take out the recipe of bason lado. They are really famous in Asian countries and many people like them. I got Aussie Writings from her. They are mostly eaten at occasions like weddings, and births of a new born and on some other similar activities. You would probably like it.
