Preparation Method :

  • Cook milk until thick and reduced to half the quantity and add the grated fruits. Cook it for few more minutes.
  • Add dry nuts, sugar and cardamom powder. Stir well.
  • Refrigerate and serve chilled.


  • 1 litre Milk
  • 150 grams Sugar
  • Mixed Fruits, peeled and grated
  • Chopped cashews, pistachios and almonds
  • ½ teaspoon Cardamom powder
