Preparation Method :

  • Heat the large pan with water and milk.
  • Add in the rava and keep stirring till it is half done. Add in the strained jaggery with cardamom.
  • Cook for another 8-10 minutes or until it is done. Finally add in the roasted cashews with remaining ghee. Serve hot.


  • 150 grams rava, dry roasted
  • Chopped cashews
  • Powdered Jaggery to taste, boiled with half a cup of water and strained
  • ½ teaspoon Powdered Cardamom
  • 50 grams ghee
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 100 grams shredded fresh coconut
  • 200 ml water
