Preparation Method :

  • Grind the cardamom pods with half the sugar in a food processor to fine powder. Squeeze out the liquid and pass through a strainer and discard the waste.
  • Whisk the yoghurt in a bowl with the cardamom powder, sugar, rose water and half a cup of water. Taste and adjust the sweetness. Refrigerate and serve chilled.


  • 375 grams Yoghurt
  • 5-6 pods Cardamom
  • 100 grams Sugar  
  • 2 teaspoon Rose water
