SOL KODI

Preparation Method :

  • Grind the coconut with the chillies, garlic and 50 ml of water in a food processor and squeeze out the thick milk.
  • Squeeze out the liquid from the soaked kokum and pass through a strainer, discard the pulpy remains.
  • Mix the coconut milk, kokum water and salt. Adjust the seasoning if required and serve chilled.

INGREDIENTS

  • 150 grams Grated coconut
  • 75 grams dried kokum, soaked in warm water
  • 4-6 Green chillies  
  • 1 teaspoon Chopped garlic
  • Salt to taste
