Preparation Method :

  • Chop and grind the green masala.
  • Grind the dry masala, to a fine paste.
  • Fry onions in a deep pan until golden brown.
  • Now add the ground paste and fry further till oil separates.
  • Put in the chicken pieces, and fry till all the juices are absorbed.
  • Add a cup of hot water, vinegar and salt and simmer for half an hour.


  • 2 medium chicken 
  • 150 grams vinegar 
  • 150 ml Cooking oil
  • 8 flakes of garlic
  • 2 teaspoon garam masala
  • 8 green chilies
  • 1 " piece ginger
  • 4 large onions sliced
  • 1 teaspoon haldi
  • 2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 2 teaspoon chilly powder
  • Salt to taste
