Preparation Method :

  • Marinate the chicken pieces in chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric salt and rice flour.
  • Fry the marinated chicken in some oil and set aside.
  • Heat the oil in a heavy bottomed pan. Add curry leaves, onions, ginger, garlic, green chillies. Saute till the onions become soft and glassy.
  • Add fried chicken, garam masala, and freshly crushed or powdered pepper and toss well.
  • Remove from flame. And serve hot with rice, chapati or parotta.


  • 2 kilogram Chicken, boneless chunks
  • 4 teaspoons coriander powder
  • 5 teaspoons chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper corn crushed
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 5 tablespoons rice flour
  • 5 onions chopped
  • 2 teaspoon chopped green chillies
  • 3 teaspoon sliced (julienned ginger)
  • 4 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 5 tablespoon coconut oil

To grind

  • 1 teaspoon cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon cloves
  • 1 teaspoon fennel
  • 4 sprigs curry leaves
