DRY FISH CHUTNEY

Makes :
A jar

Preparation Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Grind the roasted fish with the remaining ingredients to a paste. Serve with rice.

INGREDIENTS

  • 225 grams any dry fish, cleaned, washed, drained and roasted
  • 2 teaspoon of cumin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon peppercorns
  • ΒΌ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • Lime-sized ball of tamarind
  • Red chillies, to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Cooking Oil for frying
