DEEP FRIED CRAB CLAWS

Preparation Method :

  • Steam shells for about 10 minutes.
  • Mix minced prawn, flaked crab meat with chopped ginger, celery, onion, oyster sauce and adjust seasoning.
  • Coat the de-shelled claws with this mixture and dust with white and black sesame seeds.
  • Heat oil and fry the crab claws. Serve with crab chilli oil.

INGREDIENTS

  • 150 grams Crab claw meat , deshelled
  • 100 grams Prawn, cleaned, deveined and minced
  • 1 Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons IDHAYAM Sesame oil   
  • 1 tablespoon White sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Black sesame seeds  
  • ½ teaspoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Celery, finely chopped
