Preparation Method :

  • Marinate the red snapper with salt, pepper, lemon juice and olive oil.
  • Fold green chilli and ginger between the fillets. Cover with aluminum film and steam for fifteen minutes.
  • Saute with ginger, garlic and onion.
  • Add soya sauce and oyster sauce and fish stock. Thicken with corn starch mixed in water.
  • Garnish with pickled ginger. Serve steamed fish on brown rice accompanied with stir fry vegetables.


  • 250 grams Red snapper fillet    
  • 3 tablespoon Soya sauce    
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce    
  • 1 tablespoon Corn flour    
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice    
  • 50 grams Zucchini, julienned    
  • 50 grams Squash, julienned    
  • ½ Bell peppers, julienned    
  • 50 grams Brown rice    
  • 25 grams Carrot, julienned    
  • 50 ml Fish stock    
  • 2 teaspoon Brocolli    
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic    
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
