Preparation Method :

  • Form into round cutlets dip in egg, roll in crumbs and shallow fry to a golden colour.


Ground to Paste

  • 550 grams minced mutton, boiled
  • 2 onions, fried in little Peanut oil
  • 2-3 green chillies
  • ½ inch piece ginger, fried in little Peanut oil
  • 3-4 flakes garlic, fried in little Peanut oil
  • ½ teaspoon powdered cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • A few coriander and mint leaves
  • Salt and chilli powder to taste
