Preparation Method :

  • In a separate pan put 1 cup water with salt, when it boils add half the vinegar and boil for 5 more minutes.
  • Heat half the cup sugar till it turns into a brown syrup. Add the remaining vinegar and sugar, stir all the time and boil till the syrup turns thick.
  • Add vinegar-salt mixture and limes. Boil for 5-7 minutes. Cool and store it in an airtight container. Use after a week.


  • 50 sour limes, boiled and drained
  • 750 grams sugar
  • 1 big bottle vinegar
  • Salt, to taste
