Preparation Method :

  • Marinate the pork in the onions, peppercorns, cinnamon, cloves, garlic, red chillies, turmeric, salt and the feni. Allow to stand for at least 20-30 minutes.
  • Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and slide the pork in and cover it with the ingredients that form the marinade.
  • Cook on medium heat for 5-7 minutes and then flip the chops over and continue cooking till they turn golden.
  • Cook the chops covered for 10-12 minutes or until it is cooked through. Serve hot.


  • 225 grams Pork chops
  • 90 grams sliced onions
  • 50 ml cashew or coconut feni
  • 25 ml Cooking oil
  • 4 teaspoon Black peppercorns
  • 4-6 Cinnamon sticks
  • 9 Cloves
  • 25 grams garlic sliced
  • 25 grams Dried red chillies
  • ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
