Preparation Method :

  • Rub the pork cubes with a pinch of salt and leave them in a cool place for about 20-30 minutes.
  • In a dry pan, roast the coriander seeds, cumin, peppercorns, cloves and cinnamon for about 2-3 minutes.
  • Grind these roasted spices along with the chillies, garlic, ginger, coriander leaves and onions, add little water if needed.
  • Heat the oil in a thick-bottomed pot and slide in the pork cubes. Stir well till the meat starts to change colour.
  • Add the radish, cook for about 3-5 minutes or until it turns soft, then add the ground paste. Simmer to low flame and add the sugar, malt vinegar and salt.
  • Cover the pot and cook for about 10-12 minutes or until the meat is tender. Adjust the seasonings and serve hot. 


  • 750 grams Diced lean pork meat
  • 90 grams white radish
  • 45 grams Chopped onions
  • 2 tablespoon Malt vinegar
  • 25 grams Peeled garlic
  • 25 grams Peeled ginger
  • 10 grams Coriander seeds
  • 5 grams Cumin seeds
  • 2 teaspoon Peppercorns
  • 6 buds Cloves
  • 3-4 sticks Cinnamon
  • 25 grams Fresh green chillies
  • 60 grams Chopped coriander leaves
  • 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
  • A pinch Sugar
  • Salt to taste
