LOBSTER PERI PERI

Preparation Method :

  • Grind all the spices with vinegar only in a fine paste. Preparation
  • Clean lobster. Remove meat from shell. Boil shell and keep.
  • Marinate the lobster meat with the 3 tablespoons of prepared peri- peri masala, turmeric, ginger-garlic paste, tomato ketchup. Season with salt and sugar.
  • In a large pan add oil and place the lobster (hard shell on top) and pan fry.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams Lobster
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger/garlic paste
  • ¼ teaspoon Turmeric
  • 2 tablespoons Tomato ketchup
  • Cooking oil for shallow frying
  • Salt and sugar for seasoning

Peri Peri Masala

  • 10 - 12 Red chillies (kashmiri)
  • 2 teaspoon Cloves
  • 2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Ginger
  • 50 grams Tamarind
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 2 tablespoon Onion
  • 150 ml Vinegar
