Preparation Method :

  • Wash the drumstick flowers well. Grate coconut.
  • Chop onions fine. Roast coriander seeds and powder.
  • Mix all the ingredients applying slight pressure. Except oil and rice flour.
  • Make round balls of 16 portions and flatten them. They should be approximately 1 cm min thickness. Roll in rice flour on both sides.
  • Heat frying pan and put 2 teaspoons oil on it.
  • Then arrange cutlets on the frying pan add 4 to 5 teaspoons oil and heat till brown on both sides.


  • 150 grams Drumstick flowers
  • 150 grams Coconut
  • 2 Onion
  • ½ teaspoon Coriander seed powder
  • ½ teaspoon Chilly powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • ½ teaspoon Tamarind pulp
  • 2 teaspoon Gram flour
  • 2 teaspoon Rice flour
  • Cooking oil for frying
  • Salt to taste
