Preparation Method :

  • Preheat the oven to 150°C.
  • Boil the milk with sugar and cinnamon powder and keep hot.
  • Crush the khara biscuits in the bowl and mix the dry fruits with the khara biscuits.
  • Pour the boiled milk into this crushed biscuits mixture till the entire biscuits are soaked dry with this liquid.
  • Remove and chill in the refrigerator. Serve cold.


  • 150 grams Sugar    
  • 2 tablespoon Cashewnuts
  • 6 Khara biscuits    
  • 1 litre Milk    
  • ½ teaspoon Cinnamon powder    
  • 1 tablespoon Pine nuts     
  • 2 tablespoon Raisins
