Preparation Method :

  • Heat oil, add sliced onions and fry.
  • Then add the tomatoes and chillies.
  • Add the ladyfinger and cauliflower to the thin extract of the coconut, Cook, bring to boil.
  • Then add in the thick juice.          
  • Adjust seasoning and simmer to low flame till done.
  • Serve with boiled rice.


  • 420 grams Ladyfingers, 1" roundels
  • 1 tablespoon Cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander seeds
  • 1 medium size Cauliflower, cut into medium size florets.   
  • 4 flakes Garlic
  • 400 ml Coconut milk (400 ml thick first extract, 200 ml thin second extract)
  • ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 50 grams Onions, sliced
  • 2 Green chillies, chopped
  • 1 Tomato, chopped
  • Salt / sugar to taste
