Preparation Method :

  • Heat oil in heavy bottom pan. Add onions, ginger-garlic paste and green chillies. Saute till brown.
  • Add chicken and turmeric powder, cover cook till tender.
  • Add cashew nuts, curry leaves, chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and salt.
  • Cook till masala coats the meat.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.


  • 750 grams chicken cut into medium pieces
  • 4 large onions, chopped
  • 4 teaspoon ginger- garlic paste
  • 2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 15 cashew nuts split
  • 2 sprig curry leaves
  • 2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 2 teaspoon chilli powder
  • 2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 5 green chillies slit
  • 5 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt to taste
