Preparation Method :

  • Heat oil in a deep pan. Add mustard seeds, fry. Add the sliced ingredients, sauté.
  • Add the masala paste, fry till the oil separates. Stir in the chicken pieces, stir to coat and cook a few minutes.
  • Cover and cook till the meat is tender. Pour the coconut milk, simmer and remove from flame.


  • 500 grams Chicken            
  • 100 ml Coconut milk             
  • 3 teaspoon Coriander powder               
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilly powder               
  • 3 teaspoon Pepper                
  • 4 Onions, sliced
  • A small piece Ginger, sliced
  • 4 flakes Garlic, sliced
  • 1 sprig Curry leaves              
  • 100 ml Coconut Oil               
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
