Preparation Method :

  • Soak the Rice Ada in boiling water for 30 minutes.
  • Drain the water completely.
  • Rinse the ada in cold water to prevent the ada sticking to each other and keep it aside.
  • In a pan, heat 5 grams of ghee and fry the ada lightly.
  • In a heavy bottomed vessel, boil the milk and water.
  • Add the ada and cook on simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Now, add the condensed milk and cook on simmer for another 5 minutes.
  • In a pan, heat 15 grams of ghee and fry the Cardamoms, cashew nuts, raisins separately.
  • Add to the Pradhaman and serve hot or chilled.


  • 100 grams Rice Ada
  • 200 ml milk
  • 100 ml water
  • 200 grams condensed milk
  • 20 grams cashew nuts
  • 20 grams raisins
  • 2 cardamoms
  • 20 grams ghee
