FISH CURRY WITH CRUSHED MASALA

Preparation Method :

  • Crush red chillies and add the sliced ingredients.
  • Gash the fish and mix with the crushed ingredients, salt. Vinegar and curry leaves. Pour sufficient water to cook the fish and keep on medium fire until the gravy thickens.
  • Fish can be smeared with salt and turmeric and tightly fried and then cooked as before.

INGREDIENTS

  • 350 grams Pomfret or similar fish 
  • 20  Dry Red chillies 
  • 100 grams Red onions sliced long 
  • 1½ teaspoon Ginger sliced long 
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic sliced long 
  • Vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Curry leaves
