Preparation Method :

  • Mix little water with Chilli powder, Pepper powder, Turmeric powder, Salt and spread it over the gashed fish and keep for some time. Shallow fry and drain.


  • 250 grams Fish cleaned and gashed 
  • 1 teaspoon Chilli powder 
  • ¼ teaspoon Pepper powder 
  • 2 pinches Turmeric powder
  • ¾ teaspoon Salt 
  • 50 ml Coconut oil
