Preparation Method :

  • Heat oil and saute cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, onions, ginger, green chillies, garlic, pepper, milk or coconut milk, flour and remove.
  • Add cooked meat, stock, and water in the same oil. After few minutes add the potatoes.
  • Stir in vinegar, salt and water as needed when the potato is nearly done add the sauted ingredients and cook with the pan partially covered.
  • Mix the flour with milk and add to it by reducing the heat. Keep stirring until everything is mixed and remove.


  • 300 grams Mutton, cooked with salt and vinegar 
  • 200 ml Stock from cooking the meat 
  • 200 ml Water 
  • 2 Potatoes medium 
  • Sufficient Turmeric, vinegar and salt
  • 30 ml Cooking oil
  • 2 pieces Cinnamon 
  • 6 Cloves 
  • 2 Cardamom 
  • 25 grams Onions sliced 
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger sliced 
  • 6 Green chillies split 
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic sliced 
  • ¼ teaspoon Pepper crushed 
  • 200 ml Milk boiled and cooled / Thick coconut milk can be used 
  • ½ teaspoon All purpose flour
