Preparation Method :

  • Clean the meat and cook well with turmeric, salt and water till done and no water is left.
  • Pound the cooked meat pieces and shred by hand into fine shreds.
  • Heat oil and fry the meat, when half-done add the chilli powder; continue to fry till the meat is well fried. Remove and keep aside.
  • Heat oil and fry the shallots and garlic till golden brown in colour.
  • Remove and keep aside.
  • Mix well with hand the fried meat, shallots, garlic along with salt and vinegar.
  • Serve as accompaniment for rice.


  • 300 grams Beef meat
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 300 grams Shallots
  • 200 grams Garlic  
  • 1 teaspoon Chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coconut vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 100 ml Sesame Oil
