Preparation Method :

  • Beat the curd well without adding water. Mix the sugar with the curd. Cool it lightly by keeping it in refrigerator.
  • Heat gingelly oil and broil chillies, coriander and cumin seeds one by one. Grind them to powder with salt.
  • Pour the curd into a serving dish. Sprinkle the masala powder over it decoratively.
  • Smear the lady's finger with little turmeric and sufficient salt. Fry it crisp.
  • Just before serving add the fried lady's finger crisps.


  • 75 grams tender lady's finger slices 
  • 150 grams curd
  • A pinch of sugar
