CORIANDER LEAVES POWDER

Makes :
1 Small Jar

Preparation Time :
30 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Wash coriander leaves and dry.
  • Roast the urad dal, red chillies and asafoetida over fire.
  • Roughly powder all together with required salt and store in a bottle. Serve with hot rice.
  • Serve with hot rice.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 kg of Coriander leaves 
  • 8 Red chillies 
  • 200 grams of Urad dal 
  • Tamarind a small marble-sized 
  • Asafoetida small marble-sized 
  • Salt to taste
