GINGER - GARLIC PASTE

Makes :
800 Grams

Preparation Time :
30 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Soak the ginger in water for 10 minutes. Wash 2 to 3 times and keep aside.
  • Remove the top part and tail part of the garlic.
  • Wipe the garlic with a clean towel.
  • No need to peel them.
  • Cut the ginger to rough pieces.
  • Ginger also no need remove the skin (but it should be coarse very well).
  • Grind both ginger and garlic with enough water in a mixie to a coarse form.
  • Take out and keep in a airtight container.
  • Can use it for more than 3 months by stored in the fridge.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams Ginger
  • 300 grams garlic
