Preparation Method :

  • Roast the coriander seeds and white cumin seeds in a saucepan until they darken a little. Grind coarsely in a food processor or pestle.
  • Add black salt, crushed red chillies and citric acid , blend together.
  • Just before serving, sprinkle about 1 tablespoon of this masala all over the dahi vadas.
