METKOOT

Preparation Time :

Preparation Method :

  • Dry roast the dhals and the rice separately till they turn a light golden brown colour.
  • Grind all the ingredients together. Store in an airtight container.

INGREDIENTS

  • 75 grams Urad dhal 
  • 2 tablespoon Coriander
  • 500 grams Channa dhal 
  • 150 grams Rice 
  • 500 grams Channa dhal 
  • 150 grams Rice 
  • 1 tablespoon Cumin
  • ½ teaspoon Chilli powder 
  • ½ teaspoon Asafoetida
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard
  • 6 Cloves
  • 9 Cardamom
  • 1 Mace
  • 2 sticks Dry ginger
