Preparation Method :

  • Dry roast the sesame seeds.
  • Fry the red chillies and asafoetida powder in oil.
  • Powder fine the red chillies and the asafetida powder.
  • Add the sesame seeds and grind fine
  • Finally add the peanuts. Powder coarsely. Mix in the salt.
  • Serve with hot rice and ghee.


  • 250 grams peanuts, roasted  
  • 100 grams sesame seeds
  • 15 dry red chillies
  • 1 teaspoon asafoetida powder
  • 2 teaspoon Cooking oil
  • Salt to taste
