Preparation Method :

  • Roast all the ingredients for a couple of minutes. Grind them into a fine powder and cool before storing in containers.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 kg of Dhania
  • 500 grams of Red chillies
  • 200 grams of Thoor dal
  • 200 grams of Chana dal
  • 200 grams of Urad dal
  • 100 grams of Methi
  • 100 grams 2 tablespoon Mustard seeds
  • Long thin turmeric 6 in number
  • 2 tablespoon Jeera
  • 200 grams of Black pepper
