Preparation Method :

  • Fry all the ingredients in oil and powder coarsely in a grinder. Mix in the salt.
  • Serve with plain hot rice and ghee.

  • 12 dry red chillies
  • 1 teaspoon asafoetida powder
  • Salt to taste
