Preparation Method :

  • Add all the ingredients to the atta and mix well.
  • Add oil, knead the flour into a soft dough using warm water and keep it aside for about 20 minutes.
  • Make equal size balls of dough and roll it into disc.
  • Heat the griddle and put the paratha (parotta) on it and cook for a minute. Apply oil on both the sides and flip it over the other side.
  • Remove from griddle and place it on the serving platter. Serve hot with curd or pickle.


  • 2 cups atta
  • 75 grams freshly chopped mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon carom seeds
  • 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
