Preparation Method :

  • Make a stiff dough with flour, ghee, salt and water. Keep aside to rest for an hour.
  • Shape the dough into small golf balls. Roll out the balls into flat discs.
  • Heat the ghee for frying; deep-fry the discs till golden brown in colour. Serve hot.


  • 750 grams refined flour
  • 100 ml water
  • 3 tablespoon ghee
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Ghee for frying
