Preparation Method :

  • Knead the flour with salt, oil and water and make it soft dough. Set aside for 30 minutes.
  • Then make 10 equal portions of dough and roll them into Luchi (thin disc).
  • In a heavy-bottomed pan, heat oil and gently deep fry until it is puffed and turn golden.
  • Remove and drain on kitchen paper. Serve hot with curry.
