Preparation Method :

  • Add all the ingredients to the atta and mix well.
  • Add oil, knead the flour into a soft dough using warm water and keep it aside for about 20 minutes.
  • Divide dough into small balls and roll out into pooris
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the pooris till they turn golden brown.
  • Place it on the serving platter. Serve hot with curd or pickle.


  • 300 grams atta
  • 100 grams fenugreek leaves - chopped finely
  • 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon red chill powder
  • ½ teaspoon garam masala
  • ½ teaspoon carom seeds
