CARROTS, BEANS AND GREEN PEAS ROTI

Preparation Method :
- Mix the flour with coarsely crushed carrots, beans, green peas, cabbage, capsicum, and salt.
- Add milk, gradually, and knead to stiff dough.
- Divide the dough equally into 18-20 equal portions and roll each out to make a small disc.
- Heat a griddle; lay a disc flat on it and roast both sides, till half done.
- Shallow-fry discs on a griddle till golden and crisp. The discs can be roasted on a coal fire or in a tandoor, avoid the use of ghee.

- 500 grams refined flour
- 250 ml milk
- 250 grams Coarsely crushed carrots, beans and green peas
- 250 grams cabbage, grated
- 1 capsicum, grated
- Salt to taste
- Ghee for shallow-frying
