Preparation Method :

  • Add all the ingredients to the grated radish in a paraat with leaves. Mix well.
  • Knead with a little warm water to a soft dough for about 10-15 minutes.
  • To make the roti, make the balls of equal sizes of the dough.
  • Place the one by one on the rolling board and gently roll on to make the roti.
  • Cook on a non-stick griddle on medium flame. Fry the roti in a few teaspoon of ghee or oil.
  • Garnish with coriander sprig and small piece of butter, serve with raita.


  • 250 grams makki ka atta 
  • 100 grams radish - grated 
  • Green leaves of 1 mooli - washed well & chopped 
  • ¾ teaspoon carom seeds
  • ½ teaspoon red chilli powder 
  • ¼ teaspoon amchur 
  • ¼ teaspoon garam masala 
  • Salt to taste
