CHICKEN AND VEGETABLE KORMA

Serves :
4

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Cooking Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Heat  oil in a pan, fry the onion.
  • Add the curry sauce, diced chicken with a cup of cold water and cauliflower.
  • Cook, covered tightly on a low heat for 20 minutes.
  • Add the frozen peas just before the end of the cooking time, stir well and serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 kg medium boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 500 grams curry sauce
  • 50 ml IDHAYAM sesame oil
  • 1 small cauliflower, divided into small florets
  • 100 grams frozen peas
