CHICKEN AND VEGETABLE KORMA

Preparation Method :
- Heat oil in a pan, fry the onion.
- Add the curry sauce, diced chicken with a cup of cold water and cauliflower.
- Cook, covered tightly on a low heat for 20 minutes.
- Add the frozen peas just before the end of the cooking time, stir well and serve.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg medium boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 500 grams curry sauce
- 50 ml IDHAYAM sesame oil
- 1 small cauliflower, divided into small florets
- 100 grams frozen peas
