CHICKEN BONGI

Preparation Time :
20 minutes

Cooking Time :
30 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Make a semi thick paste of coriander, ginger, garlic, chilli with little water and keep aside.
  • In a pan, Pour oil and fry the chicken by adding salt and water.
  • Add grounded Masala paste into the chicken. Sauté it.   
  • Cook till chicken is done and water reduces to thick gravy.
  • Serve hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams Chicken
  • 250 grams Coriander leaves
  • 1 Piece of Ginger 2 inch length
  • 3 pods of Garlic
  • 5 Green chilly 
  • 100 ml Cooking oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 200 ml Water
