TIL PEPPER CHICKEN

Preparation Method :
- In a bowl, marinate the chicken with 1 tablespoon of oil, crushed pepper and a little salt for 30 minutes.
- In a pan, heat oil and fry the pieces of chicken, a few at a time, till golden brown and make sure the chicken cooked well. Keep aside.
- Put the rest of the oil in the same pan, add onions and fry till golden.
- Now, add the tomatoes, ginger and garlic pastes and the rest of the spices, sesame and coconut and fry on medium heat till the oil separates.
- Add the chicken pieces and salt.
- Add 1 cup of hot water, cover and simmer till the gravy thickens.
- Garnish with chopped green chillies and serve with hot steamed rice.

- 12 pieces Chicken thighs
- 5 pods Green cardamom
- 5 Cloves
- 5 inch Cinnamon
- 100 grams Chopped onions
- ΒΌ teaspoon Fenugreek seeds
- 2 teaspoons coarsely ground black pepper
- 200 grams Chopped tomatoes
- 2 teaspoon Ginger paste
- 2 teaspoon Garlic paste
- 3 teaspoon Black sesame, roasted and ground
- 2 tablespoon heaped Fresh coconut, scraped
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoon Coriander powder
- 1 tablespoon Red chilli powder
- Green chilli for garnishing
- 200 ml sesame oil
