Preparation Method :

  • Heat 1 tablespoon oil, Saute all the masala ingredients and grind it.
  • Heat a pan, add sesame oil and 1 medium chopped onion, turmeric, chilli powder, salt and the cleaned crabs and saute well.
  • Add ground masala and water.
  • Cover and cook for 20 minutes.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.


For Masala:

  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 6 Green chilli
  • 7 Garlic cloves
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 1 small Tomato
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 tablespoon Saunf
  • 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
  • 3 tablespoon fresh coconut, grated

For the curry:

  • 2 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric
  • Salt as required
  • 1 tablespoon chilli powder
  • 4 cleaned and washed Crabs
