Serves :

Preparation Time :

Preparation Method :

  • Clean and cut the crab as easy to serve.
  • Grind all the raw ingredients in the mixie or blender in to a soft paste.
  • Heat Sesame oil in a wok, Add the grounded masala.
  • Fry it for some time, then place the crabs in the mixture, stir fry it.
  • Add required water and salt and close the lid.
  • Once the crab is done, tender, the oil get seperate from masala, turn off the flame.
  • Garnish it with curry leaves and coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot with steamed rice.


For grinding:

  • 15 shallots, peeled
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon big jeera
  • 1 tablespoon Kus kus
  • 8 dry red chillies
  • 100 grams grated coconut
  • 2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  • Few curry leaves
  • Few coriander leaves

For garnishing

  • Few curry leaves
  • Few coriander leaves
